- What did you like most?The newly renovated room was amazing. They did a very nice job designing and remodeling. It will be great when the whole hotel is done!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Check in was complicated. However Shawn was friendly and helpful and eventually got us the room type we reserved

- What did you like most?The property itself was nice, they do offer free parking and free valet parking too.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We had to change rooms, the first room was missing towels and the bath tub appeared to have been just used. There was NO hot water. My girlfriend tried to shower and let the water run for almost 30 mins. No hot water ever came out. The second room, the water had to run for about 12mins and then some warm water came out. We weren’t on super high floors either. Started on the 16th floor and ended on the 12th floor of the Masquerade tower. So not worth the “upgrade.”
