- What did you like most?Hello, good morning. I am contacting you regarding an issue with a reservation made through your platform. I paid the full amount of the reservation via Booking.com. However, upon arrival at the hotel, Sleep Inn Miami Airport, I was charged again for the full stay, in addition to a $100 USD deposit. Several days have passed since my check-out, and I have not received any refund for this duplicate charge. I kindly request: 1. Verification of the payment made through Booking.com 2. Confirmation of why the hotel processed a second charge 3. Immediate assistance in issuing the corresponding refund I have proof of both charges and can provide them if needed.
