My room was quite comfortable!...
- What did you like most?Easy access to/from the airport; fantastic staff; fun history of the train station; comfortable beds, clean, great food! One could see the St. Louis Arch from the hotel; turn your head the other way and you can see The St. Louis Wheel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I arrived late in the evening, while a private event was going on. When I went down to the bar area to get dinner (the only place open) it was packed with overflow from the event. By this time, it was just after 10 PM. I had no choice but to go back to my room and order room service, which would close at 11 PM. I got the steak and fries, which were delicious, but I wish there had been more menu choices on the room service menu.
Hotel overpriced! Need stricter cleaning...
- What did you like most?We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The cleanliness of the bathroom was unacceptable. We were not able to take showers due to the condition of the tub/shower.
