Do better Hotel Lotus.
- What did you like most?It was clean in lobby but lower floors were being renovated.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Upon check in to room there was a smell like dirty socks so got room change, 2nd room also had weird smell. The elevator smashed my hand causing bruising and dis comfort. When I told staff they didn’t apologize but promptly stated they’d have maintenance look at the elevator. I wasn’t asked if I needed an ice pack if I needed medical attention or anything of that sort. The way that they require their deposits for the rooms is by credit card. It takes 3 to 5 days for your money to be back on your card. I have now waited five days and my money is not there.
